With more than 25 years of experience as flooring installers and business owners, we bring deep industry knowledge to every inspection. Our understanding of installation standards and flooring performance helps us identify the root cause of flooring failures and unresolved issues. Familiarity with American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Tile Council of North America (TCNA), and National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) standards allows us to evaluate each situation thoroughly and objectively. As an independent third-party inspector, Summit Inspection Services helps customers understand the source of the problem and provides the information needed to pursue resolution with the responsible party.  I am a certified flooring inspector with certifications in hard surface flooring, including cork, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl, sheet vinyl, and solid wood, as well as carpet. I also hold advanced ceramic tile and expert witness credentials and am certified through CFIU.
